One of my favorite things to do in New Orleans is going to the New Orleans School of Cooking and take one of their cooking classes. Along with the cooking class you get the history of New Orleans. This is part 1 of 3 videos about the history of Nawlins told by a witty and very entertaining Chef Anne Leonhard. Her laugh is infectious and her mouth watering explanations will wish you were down there now. We had divide the history into 3 parts, then we will also have some of her cooking in a 4th video.
