An alkaline water ionizer will take regular tap water and produce energized water or alkaline ionized water, which is Basically what we need to live and are made of.

The average person can live without food from 4 to 6 weeks. Living without water will depend on how much excursion you put out (how much sweat) and the temperature currently of the environment would be expose to . Without water at a temperature of 120 F/48.9 C you could endurefor 48hrs. At 50 F / 10.0 C, 60 F / 15.6 C or 70 F / 21.1 C you would survive for 10 days.So without water, we would not survive very long. .

Now the water that most people consume on a daily basis is really not that good for you. You might be saying to yourself right now that “I don’t drink tap water I drink bottled , so I’m safe “. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that isn’t necessarally the case.

If you don’t mine please read the quote below about bottled water and the plastic bottles that are used.

“But no one should think that bottled water is better regulated, better protected or safer than tap,” said Eric Goldstein, co-director of the urban program at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), a non-profit-making organization devoted to protecting health and the environment”. Most people are surprised to learn that they’re drinking glorified tap water, but bottlers aren’t needed to list the source on the label

The majority of bottled water is sold in polyethylene terephthalate bottles, indicated by a number 1, PET or PETE on the bottle’s bottom. The bottles are generally safe, says Ken Smith, PhD, immediate past chair of the American Chemical Society’s division of environmental chemistry. But scientists say when stored in hot or warm temperatures, the plastic may leak chemicals into the water.

We already new that tap water isn’t the healthiest water to drink, now we realise that drinking bottled water really isn’t that much better. And don’t get me started on the unbelievable amount of waste created with all of these plastic bottles.

The main point of this article is to inform you that the best possible water you can drink is alkaline ionized water.

Alkaline water is water that is above the neutral pH level which is considered to be 7.0 pH. When the pH of the body gets out of balance (too acidic), we may experience low vitality, fatigue, excess weight, poor digestion, aches and pains, and even more serious disorders. Our bodies consist of over 70% water. The most optimum pH level to be at is a slightly alkaline range of about 7.3 pH.

The best way to keep up these healthy pH levels and keep the body at its peak operating performance is by drinking water, after it has gone through a alkaline water ionizer.

One of the grocery stores in my town puts chicken breast on sale every six weeks or so. It is such a great deal that I’ve gotten into the habit of stocking up on it whenever I can. At first I would simply freeze the raw chicken, but since I’ve gotten into the habit of cooking and preparing most of it as soon as I get home. Below I share the different ways I prepare the chicken in before throwing it in the freezer. It’s a process known as “freezer cooking” and it has made dinner a breeze around here on days when we are all busy running around all day.

Season Or Marinate It

Start by seasoning or marinating most of your chicken. I usually take about 2/3 of the chicken breast I bought, throw it in a large bowl and toss it in light italian dressing. It’s a yummy and very versatile marinate. Take some of the marinated chicken and put it into freezer bags with a bit of the marinade. If you are planning on grilling dinner, take the chicken out of the freezer and move it to the fridge early that morning or the night before. If you forget to take the frozen meat out in time, toss it in a bowl or sink filled with cool water. It should thaw out in about an hour or so.

Precooking The Chicken

Take the rest of the marinated meat and pour it into a large baking dish. Depending on how much chicken you bought, you may need to do this in several batches. Bake the chicken at 400 to 425 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink. Baking time will depend a bit on how thick your chicken is. I serve a portion of the baked meat for dinner that night with rice and a salad or side vegetable dish.

Reuse It

Take the rest of the chicken that you didn’t eat that night and allow it to cool completely. I thinkly slice some of it to be used in chicken salad later. If you are planning on serving the baked chicken over a bed of salald or on a sandwich later that week, store it in the fridge, otherwise slice and freeze it. To serve, just thaw and then use as you would any grilled chicken strips.

You can also freeze the entire chicken breasts and then rehead in the microwave or the oven and serve it with your favorite side dishes. For best results allow the meat to thaw completely, then microwave for a few minutes or reheat in a 350 F oven until the chicken is heated through.

More Freezer Meal Ideas

What else can you do with the chicken to turn it into yummy freezer meals? Most casseroles freeze really well. Take a look through your cookbooks or think about anything you make that’s a casserole dish that also includes chicken. If you need some ideas, take a look at my freezer casserole recipes here. Put together a few of them and then throw them in the freezer to be used on a busy night. We also happen to like bbq chicken. I cut the chicken into bitesized chunks and brown it in a large pan. Next I add pently of barbecue sauce and a little water and let the mixture simmer until the chicken is all the way cooked through. After it’s completely cooled, I put it into freezer bags or plastic containers with lids that can be stored in the freezer.

Some people think detox diets are all about losing weight and stuff, but it is way more than that. A detox diet is meant to open your mind to possibilities you have not thought of before, and make you feel better about yourself. You need to

There is sense in doing detox diets. More than that, there is health in it. Ridding yourself of chemicals in your body that your body can do better without, is what it is… and it also is why you need to be doing it and super colon can help.

Begin to think in better ways now, Friend.

You consume more food than your body needs all the time. I don’t know what it is that makes the mind and body work that way; but I know what it is that can get you healthy again in no time. It’s called detox diet.

I could name a few detox diets, but you don’t need me to. You must know enough of them already like super colon. If you are not on the program already, you don’t want to.

Detoxing, some people argue, is better than working out. If you ask me, I don’t think there’s much of a difference between the two. Both are meant to make you feel better about yourself. It has many benefits, including even helping to be a toenail fungus cure. You could do them both for all I care, just love yourself more and be happy.

Recently everyone who is anyone in the country is just going detox. They must have happened on the secret that I found out eons ago. I suggest that you can get to that secret faster on your own if you did your own detox too. So do your own detox too.

How do you choose the best detox program? You don’t. You start up on one, anyone, and get to the end of it. If you didn’t like it, you do another one next time around. But please, do not stop a program halfway through; it’s a nasty habit.

When you find that you are no longer focusing well on anything, you must be getting close to the part where you realize that you need a detox diet. You are on the right track, I tell you; you only have to get yourself to walk the rope and get to the end of it.

There is a lot you can learn about yourself by doing detox diets from time to time. You can learn that you have the resolve and willpower to do many things that you didn’t think possible before; you can learn that some foods are good for you and some are not. Detox is a blessing.

“Health is wealth, we must admit this. All our daily activities would be affected once there is something wrong with out health. That’s why we should have a health way of living. People have been very conscious of their bodies, in fact, many are always looking for ways to be fit. Men of olden times used plants to cure certain diseases.

Even until now, these traditional treatments are still used by many to have a good health. Pharmacies are sprouting everywhere selling different supplements and other brands of medicines. You may not be aware about this but most of these products are made from plants.

A food supplement for nutrition that has many kinds of vitamins, minerals and other elements is called multivitamins. Many people prefer multivitamins because they cost less than other vitamins alone since an ordinary vitamin only has one or two nutritional elements, where as a multivitamin already has all the vitamins that we need daily. So if you choose a single vitamin that only has two or three nutritional values, you need to buy other vitamins to meet your daily need.

For one to stay healthy, daily exercise is needed and having a balanced diet with fruits and vegetables. If you want to be healthy and strong, always munch on fresh fruits. Avoid the fast food craze and opt for healthier veggies and colorful fruits. Today, many companies are now health centered and they give their customers health choices as gifts. If you want your loved ones to be healthy, give them a gift basket full of fruits.

We, as customers, should always put into mind that multivitamins are not a replacement for our daily healthy diet. These vitamins are simply supplementary, meaning, they only help us cope with our daily nutritional requirements but they can never be a substitute for real, nutritious food. We can be more productive and we can enjoy life fully if we are healthy.

After all, we are the captain of our own ship, and it is up to us whether or not we are going to live healthy lives. Though there may be some diseases that we simply can’t prevent because of our genes. But for those that are completely in our hands, we can always choose to be healthy simply by making healthy food and lifestyle choices.”

If you want to give someone a healthy gift, how about a fruit gift basket? You’ll make someone happy and healthy, too. Fruit gift baskets can satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth without compromising health.
