Cajun french fry seasoning?

I had these fries at a restaurant with an awesome cajun seasoning and I’m dying for more. Does anyone know of any good recipes or seasoning you can buy at the store?

What restaurant used to make "spicy cajun chicken pasta" and what is the recipe?

INGREDIENTS
4 ounces linguine pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, sliced into thin strips
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguini pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
Meanwhile, place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl, and toss to coat.
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in butter until no longer pink and juices run clear, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add green and red bell peppers, sliced mushrooms and green onions; cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat, and stir in heavy cream. Season the sauce with basil, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder and ground black pepper, and heat through.
In a large bowl, toss linguini with sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

why do people confuse creole with cajun?

cajun are in lousiana and they are from acadia[new scotland]
cajuns are descendants from acadians who are directly decent from french

creoles are mix of french and black and sometimes mix again with something else.
creoles speak creoles mix of french and other languages[mostly native african languages or native americain or spanish]
cajuns speak a real french dialect.
cajuns are from acadians, they are french canadians in origins

cajuns and creaoles aren’t very differents but they are diffrents
but cajuns and creoles have each other a french heritage

and i love them i love cajuns and creoles cultures

I’m Cajun and I know exactly where the Cajuns came from and I know all about the Creoles. I absolutely love the Cajun and Creole cultures. I love our language and our food. We are a special group of people. We’re kin but we’re not the same and are different. Thanks for educating those out there. Does anybody know the recipe for the now extinct "Rajun’ Cajun Buffalo Chicken Strips" served at Cheddar’s?

One my family’s favorite foods to eat out was the Rajun’ Cajun Buffalo Chicken Strips served at Cheddar’s Casual Cafe restaraunts. It isn’t even on the menu anymore! The chicken strips were fried with a fabulous breading and then covered in this fabulous spicy – but not too spicy – sauce. If I could find a copycat recipe, I would be a hero at home!

How do you say cajun in spanish?

I’m assuming it would just be cajun, but I need to know for sure.

Probably acadiense, since cajun is a contraction of Acadian.

Does anyone know where we can find the Cajun flavor from the same co that sold Black Diamond Steaks?

I am looking for the Black Diamond Steaks that Sam’s and BJ’s use to carry. In the same packaging were Cajun Steaks – sold next to Black Diamond just a spicier marinade. Does anyone know where we can find them? Seriously, Sams and BJs should bring them back!
